Most products sold through this website are digital products, including downloadable PDFs, workbooks, guides, worksheets, and other educational resources.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital products are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the purchase is complete.
Before purchasing, please review the product description carefully to make sure the resource is the right fit for your needs.
If you purchased a digital product and have trouble downloading it, opening it, or receiving access, please contact me at admin@calculus-cat-lady.com. I will be happy to help make sure you receive the file you purchased.
Some items may occasionally be sold as physical products and shipped to customers.
Physical products may be returned for a refund only if they arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at admin@calculus-cat-lady and include:
your order number, a brief description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If the damage is verified, I will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
If a physical product arrives in good condition but you are unhappy with it, I do not offer cash refunds. However, I may offer store credit for eligible non-damaged physical products.
To request store credit, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned according to the instructions I provide.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Sale items, custom products, personalized products, and digital products are final sale unless otherwise stated.
